Planning approval received for 3500 Sq ft. new build house in St Albans

We are delighted to kick off 2023 with our first planning approval of the year! 🎉

Our design for this new build home in St Albans utilises the natural gradient of the site to maximise spatial volumes, natural light, views and physical connections with the front and rear garden spaces.

The 5 bedroom property is spread across 3 storeys including a split level ground floor within a sunken living space and cinema room plus a luxurious Master bedroom suite located across the whole of the Second floor level. We look forward to developing the detailed designs in the coming months with the aim to start on site later this year!
